Heat Pump Maintenance

One of the most energy efficient comfort systems built today is the heat pump system. Due to their dependability and overall cost-effectiveness, many businesses and home owners are buying and installing heat pumps to replace their old furnaces and air conditioning units. However, the key to longevity and maintaining efficiency is having heat pump maintenance performed on a routine and regular basis – by professionals that know how to keep these units running strong. And by no accident, the team at Fallaw Heating & Air Conditioning truly fits this bill.

For over 40 years, the team at Fallaw Heating & Air Conditioning has been a leading provider in quality-driven and affordable HVAC solutions in South Carolina. We are a family owned and operated business that pays attention to the smallest details in every aspect of our business. And when it comes to completing heat pump maintenance – we’ll go above and beyond to get the job done right the first time; and always at a price you can afford.

Why Should I Have Heat Pump Maintenance Completed?

Fewer Breakdowns

Over 40% of air conditioning breakdowns are caused because of lack of maintenance. Once dirt gets into the system, parts are more likely to rust and get ruined. By staying on top of heat pump maintenance, you can find problems before they arise.

Lower Utility Bills

Simple procedures such as changing an air filter or cleaning a coil allows the unit to run much more smoothly. When your air conditioner runs smoothly, it uses less energy. Using less energy saves you a tremendous amount on your utility bill.

Protect Your Warranty

Most companies do not accept heat pump repair warranty claims if the HVAC unit has issues due to lack of maintenance. Protect your investment by setting up a HVAC Service Contract today.
