Electric Heat System

Our heating tune ups consist of the following:

1. Our certified technicians first check and adjust the thermostat.
2. Check all voltage of heating unit.
3. Check and make sure the inside unit turns on.
4. Replace plugged air filter or clean if you have a reusable air filter.
5. Lubricate blower motor if needed & check the bearings.
6. Check and replace the blower belt if needed.
7. Check belt tension and adjust if needed.
8. Check the evaporator coil to see if it needs to be pressure washed.
9. Check ampere readings on all motors.
10. Check amperage draw on each element.
11. Check amperage draw on all the elements.
12. Check the heat sequencer.
13. Check all electrical connections and wiring.
14. Check for temperature rise.
15. Check the heat anticipator
16. Check the supply temperature.
17. Check functionality of all controls.
18. Clean out drain line using high pressure CO2.
19. Visually inspect ductwork for air leakage.
20. Check overall operation of electric heat system.

Gas Furnace System

Our furnace heating tune ups consist of the following:

1. Our certified technicians first check and adjust the thermostat.
2. Check operation of heat anticipator.
3. Check and make sure the gas furnace turns on.
4. Replace plugged air filter or clean if you have a reusable air filter.
5. Lubricate blower motor if needed & check the bearings.
6. Check and replace the blower belt if needed.
7. Check belt tension and adjust if needed.
8. Check the flue to see if there is any corrosion or rust.
9. Check operation of flue and notify customer of any discrepancies.
10. Check and clean pilot if needed.
11. Adjust pilot if needed.
12. Check electronic spark ignition control module for proper operation.
13. Check operation of burners.
14. Check wiring connections and controls.
15. Check heat exchanger for cracks.
16. Check heat exchanger for rust and dirt.
17. Recheck heat exchanger for cracks while heat unit in operation.
18. Check operation of inducer fan motor.
19.Check operation of blower fan motor.
20. Check all fan controls.
21. Check and test safety shutoff.
22. Check condensate drain pan for dirt and cracks.
23. Clean drain line using high pressured CO2
24. Visually inspect ductwork for air leakage.
25. Check overall operation of gas furnace system.
