Where it all began

In 1971 Seth Fallaw began servicing AC systems while stationed in Puerto Rico.  After twenty years of service in the Navy, Seth and his wife, Jean, moved back to their hometown of Gilbert, South Carolina and founded Fallaw's Heating & Air Conditioning in 1978.

​

From 2002 to 2017 their son-in-law, Pat Cockrell, and daughter, Tammy, oversaw operations of the company.  

 

In 2018, forty years after Seth founded the company, his grandson, Patrick Cockrell, took over as President.  Patrick started his career by going on service calls with Seth over 20 years ago.
